​Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products at Starstone Cosmetics, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is carefully crafted, and for hygiene and quality reasons, all sales are final.

​Damages and Issues

​We take great pride in the quality of our handmade goods. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at starstonecosmetics@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

​Exceptions

​Because our products are handmade and often involve personal care components, they are considered non-returnable. This includes all beauty products, custom orders, and sale items.
